Q. Is a signature required for delivery?

A. A signature may be required for American Express customers if your order is shipped to an address other than the billing address.

Q. I live outside of the continental USA/internationally. How do I order if your checkout page doesn't give me the option?

A. You must contact customer service by phone or e-mail to place your order if you live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else outside the continental USA. International customers may contact us locally at 760-268-0747.

Q. Where do your covers ship from?

A. All of our covers ship from our San Diego, CA warehouse.
