Ordering & Shipping Our products usually arrive to you within one to two weeks depending your geographical location. If a product is on back order you will be informed either by phone or email. Our products are shipped by UPS ground service unless otherwise asked for . Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. we offer a four-step ordering process: Step 1: Shopping Basket Step 2: Shipping & Billing Step 3: Review Order Step 4: Order Confirmation Tracking & Billing: Your credit card will be billed at the time you place your order You will be sent a email notification on your shippment with your UPS Tracking number. You can then enter your tracking number into our system at Discount Forklift Covers Tracking to get a updated schedual of your delivery. Shipping Canceling an Order Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of your order total if we are able to cancel your order.
